EVERYONE on staff was friendly, even the maintenance man vacuuming the front door mat. The breakfast staff were really great. Good full buffet and never low on anything. Constant rain and cold out, but clean and warm indoors. Very well run hotel. Check in - under 3 minutes. Lots of great dining options all within 3 miles. ** If you are there for an event at LA TECH, you are three turns and 2.5 miles away and already on the correct side of I-20.

I like that the rooms were clean and spacious. Also, the area was quiet and right across the parking lot is a great Mexican restaurant.

Friendly staff that were very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Conveniently located near eating places, Walmart and I20.. breakfast was great too.

The breakfast menu and eating area were fine. Menu good and area clean. Being able to get coffee 24 hrs was exceptional.

We spent a night in Ruston on our way to Arkansas. It was very easy to get to the hotel. No complaints on cleanliness or workers. We didn’t visit anything local, but there were a lot of restaurants in the area. We’d definitely stay again if needed.
